Automated Multilevel Car Parking System

This Automated Mechanical Parking System can cater for as little as 10 Cars/SUV's with an unlimited maximum number of vehicles capable of being parked.
Multi-Floor Parking System reduces to a minimum the amount of space required to park each vehicle and has an average retrieval time of less than two minutes.
It operates with the driver parking and leaving the vehicle in the parking bay at the entrance level. Once the driver leaves the safety zone incorporated into the parking bay, the system automatically parks the vehicle in its determined parking place.
The movement of the car is achieved by use of a lift (a maximum of 70 cars per lift is recommended) to bring the vehicle to the required floor level and thereafter by a cart to its parking bay.
The quick parking and retrieval times of the system is achieved by the use of carts for horizontal movement of the vehicles at each parking level. The use of a PIN code or Parking ticket identifies the vehicle position within the system, for its efficient retrieval

Note:

2、One unit is with four vertical parking spaces, which cannot be split;

4.  Pit Type

The BTP-PSH puzzle parking system (2-15 levels) has the advantages of

The BTP-PSH puzzle parking system (2-15 levels) is designed with multi-levels and multi-rows. Each level is designed with an empty space for exchanging. All spaces can be lifted automatically except the spaces of ground level and all the spaces can be slide automatically except the spaces of top level.
When a car needs parking or retrieving from one parking space, all parking spaces under this car space will slide to the empty space and form a lifting passage under this space. Then, this parking space can be lifted up and down freely. When it reaches the ground level, the car can be parked or retrieved directly.

Vertical Rotary Car Parking System

The BTP-PCS vertical rotary parking system consists of one automated mechanical system, which rotates at an angle of being perpendicular to the ground. It is driven by the motor+chain+chain wheel and runs in a rotating way. When one wants to park or retrieve vehicle, the needed parking pallet will be rotated to the ground level. Then the vehicle can be parked or retrieved directly.

The BTP-PXD stacking parking system is a totally automatic parking system. Car parking and retrieving are performed automatically. Each parking system is equipped with one stacker, which can slides on the track.
Meanwhile, the stacker is equipped with one lifting platform. Vehicle just needs to be parked on the exit and entrance. Then the stacker or bridge crane carries the vehicle to its ordered parking space by horizontally and vertically moving. The BTP-PCS Vertical Lifting Parking System/Tower Parking System (10-35 Levels) operates in following ways:
1、 Car parking process: firstly rotating table rotates to station, and then lifter lowers down. The driver drives the car in and gets out to the operation panel to park the car by swiping card or manual button operation. Then lifer lifts the car up to a bit higher position than the ordered level, the comb parking pallet slides to the lifting passage way, lifer descends the car on the comb parking pallet, and comb parking pallet moves the car to ordered parking space. Then lifter descends down for another car parking or retrieving.
2、 Car retrieving process: comb parking pallet slides the car to the lifting passage way, lifer goes up and lifts the car on the comb lifter, comb parking pallet slides to its previous position, lifter descends the car on the ground rotating table, rotating table rotates to change the car’s direction, then the operator drives the car out.

3.  Horizontal Shifting Parking System

The BTP-PPY horizontal shifting parking system’s car lifting equipment is mainly composed by special car elevator, car rotating table, carrier, safe protection devices and electric control system. According to the carrier’s difference, it can be divided into pull plate type, comb type, and clamping tire type.
Car parking process: firstly car driven in the parking equipment, then rotating table rotates to change its direction and make the car park on the lifting platform. After that, the lifting platform descends the car to its ordered parking level. Then the intelligent carrier carries the car from lifting platform to carrying trolley.
Carrying trolleys slides the car horizontally and park it on its ordered parking space.
Car retrieving process is just the opposite process.
